ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 2–5 business days for in-stock orders to be processed before shipping.
PREORDERS
Preorder items are made to order. Estimated shipping dates will be provided in the product description. Please note that production and shipping timelines may change due to unforeseen delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.
SHIPPING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
MBR ART GALLERY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be considered for a return or exchange.
Items purchased during a preorder may have different return or exchange conditions.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
